Between us we have both direct dealership, senior management and OEM/NSC experience, working with brands such as KIA, BMW, Honda, Ford, Citroen, Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota and IVECO in the UK and Europe.

Ian Wright
A passionate motor industry professional with more than 30 years experience working in both dealership and manufacturer environments.
My business focusses on performance transformation through process and personnel improvement.
We specialise in the delivery of Global used vehicle programmes, from concept to market introduction and all of the elements in between! Focussing on local market adaptation, we can provide a bespoke service to deliver a suitable, sustainable programme working with the importer/sales company sourcing appropriate supply partners, introducing standards, training sales company and dealer staff and providing both auditing and performance development programmes.
Development, creation and delivery of vehicle sales and after-sales specific training programmes that deliver exceptional results.

Mike Foden
Mike is a former head of Vehicle Remarketing and Used Cars at Toyota GB PLC and has held a variety of sales and marketing management positions with OEMs, spanning a career of over 25 years to date.
Having moved into a specialist consultancy role, he has also worked with many other OEMs both in the UK and Europe.
Married with 2 children, he recently had to gravel over the front garden in order to create sufficient space for his ever-increasing car collection.
